My Boyfriend is mad at me bcuz I said we have bad sex?

Okay so i didn't say it in those words but i basically told him that bcuz he never lasts long, dusn't look at me while we're doiin it,stays silent and is so quick to skip foreplay and unzip me that we have kinda quick bad sex..I was jus being honest with him, which i thought he wud appreciate.but obviously not seein as i got the cold shoulder the rest of the nite...What shud I do to make him feel better?
