Question by Play-Boy: Are Albertsons Employees allowed to live & have sex with eachother?
This is between a Deli Manager & a grocery bagger. Both parties live with eachother & share the room. Both also agree to only be f*ck-buddies. Is this Legal? I couldnt find the policy answer. If it makes a Difference also, this is in the state of California. Please Help! Serious answers only, its important!

I live in Arizona and use to work for Albertson's, Policy and Procedures are the same through out the Southwest district. It's been awhile but I think Policy and Procedures states you can only Not date you Direct supervisor. If I'm right there would be nothing wrong (unless the bagger is a minor, as most are, then that's illegal). But if Their supervisors find out they could be made to transfer store to prevent conflict of interests.
